"I think law should be more personalized," states Robert Connors, Attorney At Law. In an attempt to turn that belief into reality, Connors opened his own general practice firm in Saratoga Springs on April 1.

Connors studied law at NYU, one of the top ten law schools in the country. Despite NYU's reputation for creating big money, corporate lawyers, Connors chose a general practice as his field. He moved to Saratoga when he decided it was time to raise a family.
"I had a vision in law school of how I wanted my law practice to be," he noted. That vision was of having a personal, lifelong relationship with his clients. He plans to offer high quality law at an affordable cost. "I want to help the average person," he said.
In his own practice, Connors is working to make his vision come true. Rather than having 9 to 5 business hours that can be a hassle for working clients, he works by appointment. He is available nights and weekends and will go to clients' homes if they can't come to him.

Connors is flexible with his meeting times and places because, as he reiterated, "I'm trying to build a personal relationship." He handles family law cases, bankruptcy claims, estate planning and most basic law services.
Asked why he though potential clients should come to him, Connors pointed out his affordable costs, quality legal education, responsiveness to clients' needs, and especially the one to one service he provides.
As a small general practice lawyer, Connors will not turn cases over to assistants or a paralegal. Clients who come to Connors will work with Connors. To set up an appointment, call 518-587-6272.
